Recipe: Salsa Chicken
This is an absurdly easy recipe, that's quite impressive and is hard to screw up. My kind of recipe in other words. Total prep-time is about an hour. The first thing you need to do is to ask your date if they like spicy food (and make sure they eat chicken). If they don't like spicy food, use the alternate ingredients. Ingredients

Note: When working with chicken be very careful and wash your hands and everything frequently. Raw chicken is a prime source of E. Coli and food poisoning. Never let anything that could go in your mouth touch anything that has touched raw chicken. Open the package of chicken and rinse the chicken under cold water. Place the first piece on the cutting board and cut off all of the icky red stuff and white (or yellow) stuff. Place the first piece flat in the lasagna pan. Repeat for the second and third pieces. Set your over to bake at 350°. In the bowl, using the large spoon, mix 1 cup of salsa and ½ cup of olive oil. Don't stress it too much, proportions are not that important. Spoon the mixture on the chicken so that the chicken is completely covered. Place chicken in oven and set a timer for 35 minutes. Place chicken parts and package in the Ziploc bag and clean up the mess. Make sure to run the cutting board through the dishwasher (if plastic). After 35 minutes, take the chicken out and cut the breasts in half. Cut three slices of cheese in half and put one-half on each half-breast. (6 half-breasts of chicken, 6 half-slices of cheese.) Put chicken back in oven and set the timer for 10 minutes. Take the chicken out of the oven, turn off the oven, and enjoy. Note: The cheese drippings in the bottom of the pan are really tasty.
